The combination of the very high tensile strength (1000 N/5 cm), the weight of the canvas (560 g/m²) and the PVC coating on both sides of the canvas ensures that this tent can remain upright for long periods without any problem. The tent remains easy to erect due to the canvas and the high tensile strength makes it possible for the tent to be used intensively for long periods. If you need your tent to stand for several weeks or months continuously, without doubt the best choice is our Triflexx double coated stretch tent.
The Triflexx stretch fabric used in the manufacture of the double coated tents consists of three layers of fabric: two layers of PU-coated fabric with a layer of flexible polyester in betweeN. The triflexx with a specific weight of 560 g/m² guarantees the durability of the tent and makes sure it is easy to maintain. The fabric is fully waterproof (it has been successfully tested with a water column of 8000 mm) and can resist a tensile strength of up to 1000 N/5 cm. The canvas is UV-resistant up to UV index 8 and can resist wind speeds up to 8 Beaufort (85 km/h). A triflexx stretch tent is fire-retardant in accordance with category M2, is dirt repellent and is very resistant to mildew formation. Moreover, Bonga is the only manufacturer that offers double coated fabrics.

The seams of the stretch tent are high-frequency welded at high temperature, as a result of which two pieces of fabric melt together. You could even say that the seams are even stronger than the fabric itself. Furthermore, this method of welding guarantees that the seams are fully watertight, which is not the case with stitched seams. The elastic trapeze cord in the edge of the tent, to which the clamps are attached, is also welded in a hemmed edge which is reinforced every metre.
Bonga stretch tents are fitted with reinforced zones in the hem to which the clamps are attached. Thanks to these zones every metre, the erection options for the stretch tents are almost limitless. The corners of the stretch tent also always have extra reinforcement.
Our user-friendly assembly system with its clamps and tension straps makes us true pioneers. This system guarantees that even a total novice can erect our stretch tent quickly and easily. The groove in the clamps is made perfectly to size to clamp the trapeze cord firmly in the hem of the stretch tent. Thanks to the reinforced zones you can experiment with the placement of the clamps and therefore the design of the tent. The clamps can be mounted on an aluminium or wooden pole or simply used to adapt the shape of the tent according to requirements.
In theory, there are countless potential designs for the Bonga stretch tent, but in general we distinguish between three types of design.
Met de zijklem, te gebruiken bij zowel houten als aluminium zijpalen, zet je het zeil op spanning. Gebruik je de klem zonder paal, dan kan je de klem met een korte bout monteren en de look van de tent opwaarderen.
De hoekklemmen (reeds op elke stretchtent gemonteerd bij levering) zetten het zeil op spanning en past zowel in houten als in aluminium palen. Wanneer je de klem zonder paal gebruikt, kan je ze met een korte bout monteren en de look van de tent opwaarderen.
Deze XL masttop komt op de middenpalen van de stretchtent te zitten. Ze houdt het zeil omhoog en dankzij de grote oppervlakte laat deze masttop na gebruik minder blijvende afdrukken in het doek na.
De adapter voor houten palen wordt op de middenpalen van de stretchtent gemonteerd. De masttoppen passen perfect op deze adapter en beschermen het zeil tegen schade door rechtstreeks contact met het hout.
Deze twintig meter lange stormriem (in wit of zwart) beschermt de tent extra tegen zwaardere weersomstandigheden. De stormriemen lopen van de ene naar de andere kant over de volledige tent en oefenen extra druk op het zeil uit, zodat de tent ook bij sterkere wind en regenval blijft staan.M
Met de spanbanden (nylon) wordt het doek opgespannen. Je monteert ze aan het ene uiteinde aan de hoek- en zijklemmen en maakt het andere uiteinde aan de haringen vast.
Bij de stretchtent zitten zowel T-haringen als enkele zwaardere haringen. De haringen sla je onder een hoek van 45 graden in de richting van de tent in de grond. Zo blijft de tent ook bij sterke wind overeind staan.
Dankzij de mastvoeten zakken de aluminium palen niet in een drassige grond of wordt de vloer beschermd tegen krassen van het aluminium.
Deze strook in dezelfde stof als de tenten dekt de openingen tussen twee gekoppelde stretchtenten af en garandeert de waterdichtheid van een gekoppelde stretchtent.
Met de kederrail, die je aan de muur monteert, zorg je voor een naadloze aansluiting tussen een stretchtent (met kedernaad) en de muur waaraan de tent paalt. De rail is verkrijgbaar per lopende meter.
